Bisquick Apple Muffins
2 c. Bisquick
2 mashed bananas
1/3 c. honey or sugar
1/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. oil
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 egg
1 med. apple - peeled and chopped
1 c. granola cereal
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease bottom of muffin cups or use paper liners. Mix Bisquick through egg. Beat 20 strokes. Fold in chopped apple. Fill muffin cups 3/4 full. Sprinkle small amount of granola on top of each muffin and press. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes. Makes 16 to 18 muffins.
