This recipe is easy and fast as in in making biscuits, Bisquick offers an equally new and simple solution to the muffin problem. Not only does it save time that was formerly required, but it also helps you produce finished muffins just a bit more delicate and tender.
2 cups Bisquick
2 tablespoons sugar
1 cup milk
Add sugar to Bisquick. Stir in milk and well beaten egg. Mix well and fill well greased muffin pans 2/3 full. Bake in a moderately hot oven (400 F.) for 20 minutes.Amount: 12 fluffy, high muffins.
