Bisquick Waffle Recipe


Here's the fastest, simplest waffles you can make. It's delicious and delightful that your family and friends will truly love.

1 1/2 cup bisquick
3/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons sugar
2 Teaspoon vegetable oil
2 ea egg yolks
2 ea egg whites
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Pre-heat waffle iron

Mix all ingredients except egg whites, sit aside. In a separate bowl, beat egg whites until stiff. Gently fold beaten egg whites into bisquick mixture. Pour 1/4 - 1/3 cup batter onto center of hot waffle iron. Bake until steaming stops. Remove waffle carefully. Serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream and fruit of your choice. Makes about 6 waffles
